Celebrate Astronomy Day On Saturday, Sept. 30

Astronomy Day occurs twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Created in 1973, the unofficial holiday raises interest in astronomy by giving the public access to astronomical instruments and the chance to connect with astronomers and space scientists.
